Obamacare may be one of the largest expansions of the U.S. safety net
in the country's history, but a lot of people will have a hard time
noticing the difference.
Some states will benefit much less from President Obama's health-care
reform law than others, for various reasons -- like whether or not the
state opted to expand Medicaid, the general health of the state's population and how many people there already have insurance. The map below, from a new study by consumer-finance site WalletHub, lays out the biggest winners and losers,
